Before it ends: The London Design Festival

It finishes this Sunday (23 September), but your uncultured ass at least needs to do something that isn’t dipping in and out of Heaven for a fag break. The new Tom Dixon store is hosting Electroanalogue, a gathering of digital innovations, whilst Morgan presents the Art of Collaboration with an art installation by British duo Expanded Eye.

Because you’re a health conscious babe who loves a tipple: Tibit’s Bottomless Brunch

London’s fave vegan and vegetarian restaurant are hosting their last bottomless brunch of the summer, this Sunday (23 September) at their Bankside restaurant. Set in their sun-flooded garden room, choose from their delicious food boat, and receive bottomless Dodd’s gin and tonics or vegan beer, all whilst being serenaded by two upcoming talents from London’s music scene.

Visit: Matches Fashion 5 Carlos Place

Matches Fashion’s new five-story Carlos Place experience has a space to shop the new season on the first floor, the second floor for events such as masterclasses, dinners and musical performances, whilst private shopping suites take over the third floor. There will also be panel discussions available each season.

Before it ends: Azzedine Alaia at the Design Museum

Conceived and co-curated with Monsieur Alaïa before his death in November 2017, the exhibition charts his incredible journey from sculptor to couturier, his nonconformist nature and his infectious energy for fashion, friendship and the female body. It ranges from the rare to the iconic, spanning the early 1980s to his most recent collection in 2017.

Sample: Plate Restaurants Game Menu

Their recently launched autumn menu includes incredible game from Sir Edward Dashwood’s West Marlow Estate in Buckinghamshire. With the estate only 40 miles from the restaurant, fresh game will arrive daily to ensure the upmost freshness and the menu includes treats such as the Game Ragu with Casarecce pasta and homemade sourdough, Dashwood Estate Venison fillet with slow cooked white beans, and finished with British Caramelised apple tart. Yum.

See: London Nights photography exhibition at the Museum of London

With 200 works by over 60 photographers and ranging from the 19th century to the present day, this exhibition is a dramatic nocturnal study of the city at night. Contributors include: Alvin Langdon Coburn, Bill Brandt, Rut Blees Luxemburg, Tish Murtha and Nick Turpin.
