A drag queen who attended the final show of Lady Gaga’s Chromatica Ball was mistaken for the star by her security team.
The final show of the world tour was Miami, where she performed on 17 September.
To fans’ disappointment, the show had to be ended early due to an incoming storm.
Drag performer Penelopy Jean, who has aptly renamed her Twitter profile to ‘Dollar Tree Gaga’ was mistaken for the pop icon herself.
Penelopy dressed up as Mother Monster for the show, which appeared to confuse the real Gaga’s security team.
Jean uploaded a video of the hilarious moment to her Twitter, where it has racked up over 750,000 views and 47,000 likes.
She captioned the post: “The moment when security realised I wasn’t Gaga,” with a laughing emoji.

In the video, fans went wild for the Gaga lookalike, meanwhile the security team followed closely behind.
Penelopy was seen repeating: “I’m a drag queen!” before turning around to reveal she was not the real Gaga, to the surprise of the security team.
Fans laughed about the incident and created their own memes following the incident.
The real Gaga also took to Twitter to apologise to fans for ending the show early.
“I love you little monsters, forever xoxo, Mother Monster,” she wrote.
“I’m sorry I used my best judgement, it wasn’t safe.”
