The eighth season of Drag Race UK ended with a gag-worthy grand finale, and fans have shared their unfiltered opinions.

For their final maxi-challenge, the top four queens – Flesh, Mocha, Naya Thorn, and Alik – were tasked with "dipping deep into the annals of something that UK queens do best: girl groups."

"You'll be the stars of a special music video for the ultimate Drag Race UK girl group megamix as you each put your unique spin on a legendary bop," Ru explained. "Now, to find out which song you'll perform, you need to choose a record from the stand."

In the end, Alik selected the Frock Destroyers hit track 'Break Up Bye Bye'; Flesh chose the M-52s' Don't Ick My Yum'; Mocha landed Hotline X's 'She Ate That'; and Naya selected The Slice Girls' 'B.D.E.'

Like previous Drag Race UK finales, the ladies were asked to write and record their own verses for their respective remixes. After coming up with their unique lyrics and taking part in emotional sit-downs with Ru and Michelle, the queens filmed their megamix music video with director and choreographer Claudimar Neto.

The next day, the final four returned to the workroom to prepare for their last maxi-challenge and impending coronation extravaganza.

However, during their preparation, Drag Race UK season seven winner Bones stopped by to reflect on the queen's casting tapes and share some helpful advice.

"This is your day to really prove it to the judges. All eyes are on you. So be yourself, show what you do, and just enjoy every minute of it," Bones exclaimed.

The ladies then headed to the main stage for the premiere of their Drag Race UK Girl Group Megamix music video, which ended with a live performance featuring the eliminated queens.

Unsurprisingly, Flesh, Mocha, Naya, and Alik delivered spectacular verses filled with creative, comedic, inspirational and cheeky lyrics.

After prancing down the runway in their "Grand Finale Eleganza" ensembles and receiving praise from the judges' panel, the final four queens went backstage to untuck and vote for this season's Miss Congeniality with their season eight sisters.

In the end, Paris Baby secured the coveted title. During her acceptance speech, the East Sussex exclaimed: "Wow, what can I say? From bocked to besties. Hopefully the world can see now there's a lot more to Paris than just being a rotted B-I-T-C-H, and I love you all!"

After naming Miss Congeniality of season eight, Ru wasted no time dwindling down the "top four" to the "top three."

"My final four queens, based on your performances this week and throughout the competition, I've made some decisions. Alik, you are a wonderful queen with a bright future, but I'm sorry, my dear, this is not your time," she announced.

With Naya, Flesh and Mocha as the last queens standing, Ru tasked them with performing one final lip sync to the late David Bowie's hit track 'Modern Love.'

Throughout their dazzling performance, the three talents delivered quirky dancing and fun outfit reveals that captivated the judges' panel.

Unfortunately, only one queen could take home the crown, sceptre, and £25,000 cash prize. After a suspenseful few seconds, RuPaul named Flesh the winner of Drag Race UK season eight.

In a confessional, the London-based performer celebrated her achievement: "Oh my god, this is crazy. I am over the moon! RuPaul, where's my cheque? And to be here with Bones is just the perfect moment. This is everything I've ever dreamed of and more. And I'm so, so proud of myself."

Shortly after the episode, viewers flocked to social media to praise the "unpredictable" finale and Flesh's win.

One viewer on X/Twitter wrote: "I am BAWLING right now because they unknowingly created the ultimate send-off challenge following the show's BBC cancellation and it so perfectly captured & celebrated the franchise's best export. Thank you for 8 amazing years."

Another fan tweeted: "Congratulations, Flesh! You had an incredible run this season, and you truly deserved your win."

A third Drag Race UK enthusiast added: "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN MOCHA LOST TO FLESH???"
