Get ready for the biggest night in the queer calendar.

GAY TIMES Honours is back and bigger than ever and on 21 November we will be opening our doors to everyone.

To celebrate our recent landmark 500th issue as Europe’s longest-running LGBTQ publication, this year’s event will be named GAY TIMES Honours 500.

This one-night-only queer event will take place at the striking new venue Magazine London, and promises to be an unmissable party complete with complimentary cocktails, a dazzling iridescent ‘future’ booth and extravagant walkabout performers.

GAY TIMES Honours 500 will celebrate the trailblazers in our community, as well as playing host to a number of spectacular performances.

Flying in specially for the event from Sao Paulo is the world’s biggest drag pop star Pabllo Vittar, who will be serving up a show-stopping performance.

The star featured on our cover earlier year and has collaborated with the likes of Charli XCX and Diplo.

We will also have Honey Dijon host a very special DJ set into the early hours.

Hailing from Chicago, Honey Dijon is a world-renowned talent famous for her cross-genre sets.

We will also have an internationally-known host for the evening that we will be announcing very shortly too, along with more performers.

Food trucks will be open all night for party revellers, who are guaranteed surprise announcements on the day.

Tickets for GAY TIMES Honours are free with a £5 donation going to Amplifund, our global philanthropic initiative that supports acceptance of LGBTQ communities in countries where they face greater legal and social challenges.

Donations to Amplifund will go towards Kaleidoscope Trust, among other charities.

“Over the course of 2019, GAY TIMES has continually re-imagined the role of LGBTQ media – and our headline annual event, GAY TIMES Honours is no exception,” said Tag Warner, CEO of GAY TIMES.

“We’re approaching the world of recognition in a whole new way by fusing together a never-before-seen evening of queer culture, community activism and entertainment.

“It was of great importance to us, unlike many other awards evenings, to open the doors of GAY TIMES Honours to the queer community in a free-to-attend inclusive space. Honours 500 will undoubtedly set a new precedent this year, and we’re incredibly excited to share it with the community.”

We will have ten categories in total including the GAY TIMES Honour for Outstanding Impact, Elevate: Rising Star in Music and British Community Trailblazer.
