Is season three of Euphoria the most hate-watched show of 2026? It very well could be. And you know what? Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised. There is so much to hate.
It’s a show whose explicit-sex-shock-value identity hinges on misogynistic portrayals of women and jarring racist, homophobic, and transphobic slurs that do nothing but fail to add anything other than a severe sense of ickiness to its impotent script. A show that, if we’re being honest, flounders in woeful desperation to sound cool, but only really caters to a certain breed of 4Chan edge lords who get off on this sort of humilitainment.
And I’m not alone in my inherent disgust, with The Guardian labelling this season as a “manosphere’s wet dream”.
