The second season of I Kissed a Girl is almost here — and we've got your first look at the new cast of hopeful singles.

Featuring the return of Australian pop icon Dannii Minogue as Cupid – and comedian social media star Charley Marlowe as narrator – the new batch of episodes will 10 new sapphic singles arrive at the lush Masseria-based villa. 

Echoing the format of both the first entry and it's spin-off I Kissed a Boy, season two kicks off with the contestants paired up and kissing the moment they meet.

Throughout the series, the ladies will decide whether to stay with their current partner through dramatic "kiss-offs," or pursue someone new — including incoming bombshells.

The first season of I Kissed a Girl premiered in 2024, following the release of its predecessor, I Kissed a Boy, the UK's first-ever same-sex dating show. 

Following its release, the series received rave reviews from critics and viewers, who lauded the diverse cast and much-needed representation of sapphic culture within the reality TV sphere. 

However, despite all the success and acclaim, the BBC announced in March that I Kissed a Girl and I Kissed a Boy would end after the former's upcoming season. 

"We are exceptionally proud of I Kissed A Boy/Girl, the UK's first dating show for the LGBTQ+ community," they told The Sun in a statement.

"We would like to thank our fabulous cupid Dannii Minogue and the entire at Twofour for bringing the series to screen. Unfortunately, we have to make the difficult choices in light of our funding challenges, and there are no current plans for the show to return."

Fortunately, we still have one final queer summer with I Kissed a Girl season two, which is set to include 10 episodes of sapphic excellence.
