The home release of Pillion has received a major update.

On 31 March, movie enthusiasts were finally treated to the VOD release of the critically acclaimed gay BDSM drama, following its UK and US theatrical release.

Directed by Harry Lighton, Pillion stars Harry Melling as Colin, a weedy wallflower letting life pass him by, who becomes the submissive to Alexander Skarsgård's Ray, the "impossibly handsome leader of a motorbike club."

As per the official synopsis: "Ray uproots Colin from his dreary suburban life, introducing him to a community of kinky, queer bikers and taking all sorts of virginities along the way.

"But as Colin steps deeper into Ray's world of rules and mysteries, he begins to question whether the life of a 24/7 submissive is for him. Has he found his calling, or simply swapped one form of suffocation for another?"

Upon its release, Pillion received rave reviews from critics and viewers, with many praising its emotional plot, Lighton's directing and the electric chemistry between Skarsgård and Melling.
