Maple Brook’s sapphic socialite duo are back – finally! – in the first look at The Hunting Wives season two.

Based on May Cobb’s novel of the same name, the drama stars Brittany Snow as Sophie, a wife and mother who moves to the fictional Texas town of Maple Brook with her husband, Graham (Evan Joigkeit).

Unsettled by the town’s conservative politics and fixation on firearms, Sophie soon finds herself captivated by Margo (Malin Akerman), the glamorous leader of a group of women known as the “Hunting Wives”.

Also starring Katie Lowes, George Ferrier, Dermot Mulroney, Jamie Ray Newman, Chrissy Metz, Hunter Emery and Karen Rodriguez, the series premiered on Netflix in 2025 to critical acclaim, with particular praise directed at the chemistry between Snow and Akerman.
