You may already be familiar with the story of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind – originally a memoir written by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer, it was adapted for the screen in a 2019 Netflix film. We now have a stage adaptation from the Royal Shakespeare Company, which debuted earlier this year in Stratford-upon-Avon and has now transferred to London for a West End run at the @sohoplace theatre this summer. This new musical, directed by Lynette Lynton, has been written by Richy Hughes (book and lyrics) and Tim Sutton (music and lyrics).
