Get to know Hudson Williams, the breakout (and undeniably hunky) star of Heated Rivalry, the viral gay hockey drama set to dominate your watchlist.

Based on Rachel Reid’s beloved novel, the series centres on Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov: two elite professional hockey players and rival team captains whose careers have long been defined by their fierce on-ice competition. Behind the scenes, however, the pair share a secret romantic connection filled with clandestine encounters and complicated, slow-burn feelings.

The official synopsis teases: “What begins as a secret fling between confused teenagers at 17 evolves into a years-long journey of love, denial and self-discovery. Over the next eight years, as they chase glory on the ice, they struggle to navigate their feelings off it. Torn between the sport they live for and the love they can’t ignore, Shane and Ilya must decide if there’s room in their fiercely competitive world for something as fragile – and powerful – as real love.”

With Heated Rivalry’s highly anticipated premiere right around the corner, we’re taking a closer look at one of its magnetic leads: Hudson Williams.

Where is Hudson Williams from?

In an Instagram interview with Heated Rivalry Central, Hudson Williams revealed that he grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia.

“Growing up, I think I was always sort of an artsy kid. I made YouTube videos with my friends and little skits and sketches we [would] record on a flip camcorder,” he told the outlet.
