Gay congressional candidate responds to resurfaced BDSM model photos: "I won't be shamed into silence"

Gay US congressional candidate Chris Gallant has addressed his BDSM model photos resurfacing.
On 13 September, the Democratic candidate – who's running against Republican incumbent Nick Lota – made waves in right-wing media spaces after NSFW snapshots from his past resurfaced in the New York Post and local news outlet Messenger Papers.
The photos – which were reportedly available online between 2011 and 2020 – featured a shirtless Gallant modelling an array of pieces for the San Francisco-based bondage company and store Mr S Leather.
