The first trailer for Elsinore has arrived, and fair warning: tears will be shed. 

Directed by Simon Stone and written by Stephen Beresford, the film centres on Scottish actor Ian Charleson as he prepares for his upcoming performances as Hamlet at the National Theatre in London while simultaneously dealing with his deteriorating health from AIDS.
