On 12 August, the talented queen and her husband, Daniel Ruiz, took to Instagram to reveal that they have been married for a year.

"I never knew what "love at first sight" felt like until I met you. You made it so easy to fall in love, and that ease was so healing for me. I've received many mixed messages about love throughout my lifetime, and the love I receive from you makes the message so clear. To love and be loved by you makes my world make sense," Daniel wrote in their shared caption.
